REDEMPTION IPA

A classic West Coast Style IPA dark gold in color. Brewed and dry hopped with a blend of 4 different hops for a citrusy and piney bouquet with a moderate bitterness.. Find your Redemption with a floral bouquet of pine and citrus notes without harsh bitterness.

ABV: 6.8%   IBU: 70

DANGER CITY BROWN ALE

Unlike the name, this beer is not threatening in any way. A dark brown session style ale brewed with American 2 Row Barley and Chocolate Malts for notes of toffee and caramel along with a British Ale yeast to give it a slightly tart character.

ABV: 5.2% IBU: 30

PALE ALE 419

Perfectly balanced malts and hops create a clean and classic style that is floral and fruity with light biscuit notes. American Ale yeast enhances the character of the Cascade hops for a ,mild hop  bitterness. It may or may not be named for the 419 area code.

5 GUINEA ESB

This classic British Extra Special Bitter utilizes all British ingredients including Marris Otter Malt for a light malt sweetness, and low hop bitterness and ending with a slightly nutty finish.

FERRYMAN OATMEAL MILK STOUT

Cross over to the craft beer dark side with the Ferryman.  Brewed with lactose sugar, flaked oats, chocolate and roasted malts, it is sure to become one of your favorite brews.Cross over to the Craft Beer dark side with the Ferryman. Brewed with chocolate and roasted malts, flaked oats and lactose, this creamy and rich milk stout is easily drinkable and sure to become a favorite.

JOHN DOE AMERICAN WHEAT

Refreshing, straw colored American wheat ale with a slight haze. The John Doe has subtle hints of lemon zest and low hop bitterness and aroma to allow the subtle wheat sweetness to shine through.

mELINOE bLOOD-ORANGE BLOND

Brewed with Carapils, Honey Malt and 3-row for a light malt sweetness, this blond ale has just a hint of hops infused with natural blood orange for a sweet and tart citrusy aroma and flavor.

Belgian Golden Ale

The Belgian Golden, is the perfect crossover Belgian-Style Ale. Slightly sweet with fruity spices and light spicy esters from the Belgian yeast, and a low hop bitterness. The Belgian Golden pours with a thick creamy head leaving a beautiful lacing in the glass. .

Red’s Irish Stout

Why do they call It Red’s Irish Stout? Maybe because Red is Irish. This dry stout is available from mid-March through April just in time to celebrate St. Patrick's day. .

Ceely Rose white ipa

White IPAs combine the best of both a traditional IPA and A Belgian Style Wit beer. Brewed with wheat,  loaded with fruity hops and traditional Belgian spice additions of orange and coriander create a refreshing and complex flavor in the Ceely Rose White IPA.

ABV:6.3%   IBU:50

Persephone Blond Ale

Carapils, Honey malt, 2 Row, and hints of hops, combine to create this delicious blond ale,Persephone, Golden in color, with a light malt sweetness and a light hop bitterness. Delicious any time of year.

BIG spring saison

Named after the Big Spring that fed the pre-prohibition Mansfield breweries, the Big Spring Saison is a light bodied ale with a pale straw gold color from the Pilsner and Vienna malts.  A traditional Belgian-style that is refreshing with a fruity and spicy notes from specialty yeast enhance with spice additions of citrus peel and coriander.

ABV: 5.8%   IBU: 28

Absolution BLACK IPA

A darker and more roasty IPA for those with an  adventurous spirit. Citra and Mosaic hops combine with chocolate malts to create a full bodied flavor inviting you to be absolved.

Tetched Cream ale

Light in color and full of flavor, Tetched, is a traditional cream ale brewed with corn and lightly hopped with Magnum.

Juan Doe LIME Wheat

Perfect for your Cinco De Mayo celebration, the Juan Doe Lime Wheat is infused with loads of lime zest and juice to complement the sweetness from the wheat.

ROOFTOP BOHEMIAN STYLE LAGER

This summer brew is something you can enjoy after tarring your roof.  Spicy yet refreshing with Saaz Hops from the Czech Republic. Rumor has it the Rooftop will be seen as soon as March in Mansfield, Ohio.

Jane Doe Raspberry Wheat

Incorporating natural raspberries blended with a clean wheat ale, Jane Doe is a  summertime favorite for her refreshing and light raspberry flavor.

Brewed with rice and kissed with a light flavor from an all natural infusion of blueberry and vanilla beans the Lucky Sixpence is a summer favorite.

Tetched Cream Ale-Creamsicle

Light in color but full of flavor, Tetched, is a traditional cream ale incorporating corn and lightly hopped with Magnum. Perfect for the patio, or the lawnmower.

ADALINDA HEFEWEIZEN

In many cultures, the serpent has been referred to as a cousin or friend of the Phoenix.  Come experience the German Adalinda Hefeweizen with spicy notes of clove and hints of banana.  The Adalinda will be visiting the Phoenix late summer and early fall.

Krampus Kandy Coffee XL

Relax, it's just the Krampus, drinking a white stout infused with cocoa nibs and Relax Grog. Perfect variation of a cold coffee for summer.

Garuda Blackberry Gose

Legend says the Hindu Phoenix, known as the Garuda, carried out fantastic feats to secure a magical elixer to save his mother. Our Blackberry Gose has been said by many to have magical qualities of its own. Sweet, sour, and salty all in one.

Century IPA: batch 004

The Century IPA is a tap room exclusive. Every batch is unique with a different hop bill. No two batches will be the same. Currently batch 002 is a New England style IPA. This experimental batch will not be repeated and by the end there will be 100 batches in all.Every batch of the Century IPA is unique and experimental. All batches are brewed with an identical grain bill of but a rotating blend of hops. Batch 004 was brewed to be hazy with a thicker mouthfeel. It has hop additions of El Dorado, Zythos, Mosaic and Citra combined with lactose, vanilla and blackberry. The Century IPA  batch 004 is limited and no two batches will ever be the same.

Sanctuary Amber Lager

Light Amber in color, this medium bodied lager showcases both malts and German hops. A perfect mid-summer beer, clean and refreshing with a slight malt sweetness.

Persephone Blood Orange blond

Brewed with Carapils, Honey malt, 2 Row, and hints of hops, Persephone, the Queen of the Underworld is known for her beauty and honey blonde hair. Infused with real blood orange this variant is a summer favorite.  Tap Room exclusive.

Schroer Pilsner

In honor of our building's namesake, the Schroer family, the Schroer Pilsner is reminiscent of the pre-prohibition lagers from the former brewery district of Mansfield. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts. Clean and refreshing with a subtle hop spiciness. . .

ABV:  4.8%  IBU: 27

Barb Doe Rhubarb Wheat

Inspired by Scott's mother in law, Barb, who insisted it was a great idea to create a beer with rhubarb. This wheat incorporates locally sourced rhubarb and small additions of Magnum and Willamette hops allowing the subtle wheat sweetness to combine with a tart and sour fruity finish. As usual, Mom was right.

Oktoberfest

Brewed with Bavarian Lager yeast, the Oktoberfest is rich with a slightly sweet and malty character and a clean finish. Released and available in September and October, the traditional Oktoberfest dates.

Orange Eyes Pumpkin Spiced Ale

Orange Eyes. also known as the Mill Lake Monster and known for his large glowing orange eyes, was first seen in 1959. Rumor has it the beast was unearthed from his cemetery lair in Cleveland and relocated to Charles Mill Lake. Incorporating roasted pumpkin, molasses and spices this ale will help you create your own special glow. Available October-ish.ABV: 6.5%   IBU: 27

Pumphouse Amber Ale

A mildly hopped amber was originally brewed as a private label for a local company. After tasting it, they decided this  copper colored ale was too good not to share and the recipe was released to the tap room.

This rich porter showcases Chocolate barley malt with a touch of sweet cherries....

Surly Gnome Winter Warmer

A Winter Warmer brewed with honey and holiday spices sure to lift your spirits. This surly brew is available from November through February. Rumor has it, if the gnome sees his shadow, in February, you may get to visit with him an extra few weeks.

Deviant Offspring Robust Porter

With malty notes of caramel and coffee this robust porter is low on hops but full on flavor. The bastard offspring of the Black Aggie, the Deviant Offspring robust porter is sure to tantalize your taste buds.

BLACK AGGIE RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT

The Aggie is deceivingly wicked. This Russian Imperial Stout will cradle you with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark fruits hidden in hops and roasted malts without making you feel her curse in the morning.

MARY JANE CHAI BALTIC IMPERIAL PORTER

Local legends and rumors swirl about Mary Jane. Some  say she was a witch, while others say she was an Indian herbalist. Either way, let the earthy concoction of Chai spices inspired by Mary Jane  blended with an Imperial Baltic Porter help you decide which legend is true.

SANTA MUERTE SPICED IMPERIAL CHOCOLATE STOUT:

The Santa Muerte spiced sweet stout uses a blend of Chile peppers, Vanilla beans, Cocoa nibs and other spices to deliver you south of the border.

The Undertaker Imperial red Rye

Released in the summer of 2016, the Undertaker is a part of the Mortuary series of High Gravity beers.
