Brewed with Carapils, Honey Malt and 3-row for a light malt sweetness, this blond ale has just a hint of hops infused with natural blood orange for a sweet and tart citrusy aroma and flavor.

A New England Style IPA, pale gold with a light haziness, Turbidity is juicy, loaded with tropical notes from El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic, and Zythos hops for tropical notes and a mild hop bitterness.

Unlike the name, this beer is not threatening in any way. A dark brown session style ale brewed with American 2 Row Barley and Chocolate Malts for notes of toffee and caramel along with a British Ale yeast to give it a slightly tart character.

A clean and classic balanced pale ale that is floral and fruity with light biscuit notes. An American Ale yeast enhances the character of the Cascade hops for a mild hop bitterness. It may or may not be named for the 419 area code.

Why do they call It Red’s Irish Stout? Maybe because Red is Irish. This dry stout is served on Nitro for a creamy mouthfeel, and is available starting mid-March just in time to celebrate St. Patrick's day.

Ceely Rose white ipa
White IPAs combine the best of a traditional IPA and a Belgian-style Wit beer. Brewed with wheat, loaded with fruity hops and traditional Belgian spice additions of orange and coriander create a refreshing and complex flavor in the Ceely Rose White IPA.
Juan Doe LIME Wheat
Perfect for your Cinco De Mayo celebration, the Juan Doe Lime Wheat is infused with loads of lime zest and juice to complement the sweetness from the wheat.

The Firth of Clyde pours a dark amber, malty with notes of caramel and brewed with heather flower, a traditional Scottish ingredient. This Scottish ale was designed by a father and son duo at the Phoenix to honor their Celtic heritage. A low-hopped and very sessionable beer, perfect to share with family and friends.

The Belgian Golden is the perfect crossover Belgian-Style Ale. Slightly sweet with fruity spices and light spicy esters from the Belgian yeast, and a low hop bitterness. The Belgian Golden pours with a thick creamy head leaving a beautiful lacing in the glass. .

Named after the Big Spring that fed the pre-prohibition Mansfield breweries, the Big Spring Saison is a light bodied ale with a dark gold color from the Pilsner and Vienna malts. Adalinda, a German serpent, is referred to as a cousin or friend of the Phoenix. Experience the Adalinda Hefeweizen, pale gold in color with a slight haze, and spicy notes of clove with a hint of banana.

Every batch of the Century IPA is unique and experimental allowing our brewers to introduce new hop varieties and brewing techniques with a traditional grain bill. All batches are brewed with an identical grain bill of but a rotating blend of hops. No two batches will ever be the same.

Relax, it's just the Krampus, drinking a white stout infused with cocoa nibs and Relax Grog. Perfect variation of a cold coffee for summer.

Inspired by Barb, the rhubarb Queen, (also co-owner Scott's mother in law,) who insisted it was a great idea to create a beer with rhubarb. This wheat ale incorporates locally sourced rhubarb and uses small additions of Magnum and Willamette hops allowing the wheat sweetness to combine with a tart and sour fruity finish.
As usual, Mom was right.

Garuda Blackberry Gose
Legend says the Hindu Phoenix, known as the Garuda, carried out fantastic feats to secure a magical elixer to save his mother. Our Blackberry Gose has been said by many to have magical qualities of its own mainly from the 84 pounds of blackberries that go into every 5 barrel batch and the light dusting of pink Himalayan salt. Sweet, sour, and salty all in one.

Sanctuary Amber Lager
Light amber in color, this medium bodied lager showcases both malts and German hops. A perfect mid-summer beer, clean and refreshing with a slight malt sweetness.

Brewed with cinnamon, ginger, and honey, The Surly Gnome Winter Warmer is sure to lift your spirits. This surly brew is available from November through January. Rumor has it, if the gnome sees his shadow, in February, you may get to visit with him an extra few weeks in the summer

Orange Eyes. also known as the Mill Lake Monster and known for his large glowing orange eyes, was first seen in 1959. Rumor has it the beast was unearthed from his cemetery lair in Cleveland and relocated to Charles Mill Lake. It Incorporates roasted pumpkin, molasses and spices to help you create your own special glow. Available October-ish.

Deviant Offspring Robust Porter
Malty notes of caramel and coffee dominate this robust porter. Low on hops but full on flavor. The bastard offspring of the Black Aggie, the Deviant Offspring is a limited batch brewed using traditional parti-gyle techniques.

A mildly hopped amber was originally brewed as a private label for a local company. After tasting it, they decided this copper colored ale was too good not to share and the recipe was released to the tap room.
