Someone once said that the best beers are the ones shared with friends. And this last year has been filled with some of the best beers in raised glasses, toasts, and shared pints. We not only shared pints, but 2 entire batches of beers with the Catawba Island Brewing Company to create the EERIE Crossing, a ginger-lime infused cream ale.

And when the Toe Tag Belgian Tripel won a Gold Medal at the World Beer Awards, we raised our mugs and celebrated right along with you and promptly brewed an additional batch.

Over 80 locations across Ohio, saw raised glasses of Phoenix beers, including the First Energy Stadium. And pints were shared while some of the best musical acts from all over Ohio performed right in our taproom every weekend. But not all toasts were in celebration, and with heavy hearts we raised our glasses in honor of Tracy K., an amazing musician with an enormous heart who sadly passed last year.

We shared some of our favorite breweries by sharing our taps with tap takeovers from the Brew Kettle and Wolf’s Ridge. And we invited retired brewer Goose Steingass to share our brewhouse to create the Tipped Tombstone Wee Heavy.

Our new production facility opened with an extended patio to enjoy pints on. We raised glasses at our first wedding in the Phoenix and to our first baby and grand baby. We celebrated as our employees donated their time for their favorite charities and some their hair for others. And most recently, we raised a pint to the women in the brewing Industry who brewed an amazing Pale Ale called the New ERA and are an integral part of the Craft Beer Life.
