Phoenix Deposit Import — Terms of Use

Phoenix Deposit Import is an internal accounting tool operated by The Phoenix Brewing Company. It helps authorized personnel create QuickBooks Online bank deposits from records maintained in Google Sheets.

Authorized use

Use is limited to personnel authorized by The Phoenix Brewing Company. Users may connect only QuickBooks companies and Google spreadsheets they have permission to access. This tool is not offered for public registration or resale.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing source records, account mappings, deposit dates, amounts, and resulting QuickBooks transactions. The tool does not replace accounting review or professional advice.

Access and availability

The Phoenix Brewing Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool or revoke a user’s access. Availability depends on Google and Intuit services. The tool is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disconnecting

An authorized administrator may revoke the QuickBooks connection through QuickBooks Online’s connected-app controls. Disconnecting does not delete transactions previously created in QuickBooks or records retained in Google Sheets.
