Team spot is only guaranteed with received and paid registration. No team fees will be accepted on the day of the event. Mailing address and drop-off information can be found on the registration form.

Limited field of teams: $75 a person/$300 per team. Teams must be 21 & over. Includes: 18 Holes & Cart, lunch, dinner, 2 beers during the round, 1 beer after, & more.

Event held rain or shine.

Payout for top 4 team places, prizes for proximities: closest to the pin, long drive, long putt for men and women, and raffles.

A portion of the proceeds to benefit The Ohio Bird Sanctuary

$20 Optional team skins game, payable at the course, Raffle, 50/50, Bourbon & beer putting contest.
