The Phoenix Brewing Company has created a portfolio of beers embracing traditional styles but still experimenting with new and creative beers. The hand-crafted and small batch brews are put through strict quality checks and a rigorous tasting panel. And while the batch sizes may be small, the beers are full of flavor and brewed with high quality, natural ingredients. What began as a 5 BBl brew house with fermentor capacity to create 300 gallons in 2014, developed into 2 brew houses capable of producing 2400 gallons. Brewing just over 470 BBL (or 14,570 gallons) of beer in 2016 and on track to brew 1,000 BBLs in 2017.
Located in the former Embalming Room, The 5 bbl pilot system brews seasonal beers and taproom exclusives. Housed next door is the 20BBL production facility brew house which produces year round flagship beers and some seasonals for distribution to local restaurants and taprooms..
